Many Volcanoes and Fireballs all Across the Planet

Three people were killed and four were critically injured after the Sinabung Volcano erupted in Sumatra, Indonesia on May 21, 2016.

All of the victims of the blast were farming in the village of Gamber in the red zone around the volcanic peak.
The explosion shot volcanic ash as high as 2 miles into the air and that ash tumbled down the slopes as far as 3 miles westward into a river.
Several homes were also destroyed during the blast.

TONS of fish killed in a lake in Cotabato, Philippines

General Santos City –Around 2,800 kilos of tilapia were destroyed as another fish kill hit anew portions of the critical lakes Sebu and Seloton in Lake Sebu town in South Cotabato.

Rudy Muyco, Lake Sebu town’s lake warden, said Friday the fish kill was first monitored in several fish cages at the two lakes following the onset of rains last May 14 and continued for several days.

Mass die off of fish found in a river in Eloor, India

Another mass fish kill was found in the Eloor-Edayar belt of the Periyar again on Wednesday. Dead fish were found on both sides of the Pathalam regulator-cum-bridge in large numbers.

Lack of oxygen in water is said to be the reason for the incident.

This is the second time in the last one week that dead fish has surfaced on a large-scale. Last week, fish kill was spotted on Thursday and Friday.
