Hello, I am Cardinal Samantha Kennedy of the EOC. Today I will talk to about something very important that you need to understand and learn quickly. Apostle James the Greater wrote about this in scripture. And now as we approach the New Kingdom I feel it is important you get yourself in order before it is too late for you to change.

James 5: 1-6

“Come now, you rich, weep and howl for the miseries that are coming upon you. Your riches have rotted and your garments are moth-eaten. Your gold and silver have corroded, and their corrosion will be evidence against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up treasure in the last days. Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts. You have lived on the earth in luxury and in self-indulgence. You have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter. You have condemned and murdered the righteous person. He does not resist you.”

What does this scripture say to you if you are a rich person?

Are you ignoring your Brothers and Sisters who are worse off than you? Think carefully before you answer. You have accumulated wealth in this life but it is nothing, yes, it is truly worthless. In the New Kingdom, things will be greatly different. Remember what the Lord himself said about the rich man and the eye of a needle?

Satan and his demons have blinded you to helping others. To help your fellow man. You have become selfish and unhappy. Yes, you are unhappy and wealth is not the cure to happiness. People are the cure and seeing them happy will make you happy. Caring for others and putting their needs first is the most wonderful thing you can do.

Think on this = Money will be gone! it will not be worth the paper it is printed on. You will have nothing and it will be you who will suffer. You will lose out. WHY? because you have put buying material things before giving to your brethren.

Do not let Satan and his forces fool you with temptations that glitter. I have known people who have owned their own business and a big house lose everything and end up homeless and on the streets. But, do you know that they are happier having nothing as they have learned the truth. On the street. everyone looks after each other. They will help with a true heart others who have landed into that position. They look after each other`s backs. They have given what little they have to another.

What if you lost all your riches tomorrow with a Bank collapse or money lost its value? You would panic.

Always put your fellow man first before yourself. Learn the lesson from the Lord and walk in his path.
