The Branch
Sermon by Bishop Mark Mclean
February 26th, 2017

Brothers and sisters, let us take this moment to give thanks to the father for the blessings he has placed before us and for the trials that help us mature.

Today I would like to expand on the subtle clues that are given to us in the bible that will help us gain a deeper understanding as to the identity of the Christ.

The scriptures give us many clues as to how we may increase this knowledge, most of it is hidden in plain sight so that it may be revealed when the time is right when the hearts and minds of the people are ready to learn.

This sermon is titled The Branch, as it is, Christ is often given many titles within the scriptures, these titles serve a very important role as they help us understand a particular aspect or expose a direct path in what is being taught.

This imagery helps build on the ancient philosophy which is quoted today as “pictures tell a thousand words” when this imagery is explored the mysteries unfold.

Isaiah 11:1
A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.

Revelation 22:16
“I, Yeshua, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.”

Zechariah 6:12-13

“Then say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts, “Behold, a man whose name is Branch, for He will branch out from where He is; and He will build the temple of the LORD. “Yes, it is He who will build the temple of the LORD, and He who will bear the honor and sit and rule on His throne. Thus, He will be a priest on His throne, and the counsel of peace will be between the two offices.”‘

Isaiah 4:2
“In that day the Branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth will be the pride and the adornment of the survivors of Israel.”

Here are four examples of the branch being used to describe the Lord, but what is hidden in this title what can we deduce from it, fortunately, today we have been blessed with the keys to unlock these verses.

The key I

speak of is the name of the Lord. Raymond Howard Elwood Lear, RayEl or RaEl.

I’m going to show you how the Lords name identifies him as a fulfillment of the scriptures mentioned above, the Lords name like himself is holy so we can see it serves to clearly point out GOD’s son.

We now know that Raymond Elwood truncated is Ra-El which is a fulfillment of Revelation 19:13 Ra-El being the Word of God.

El-Wood phonetically is a description for a tree limb or branch. So Christ’s holy name is being revealed slowly. More so El-Wood is the eponym fulfillment of Zechariah 6:12-13

“Behold, a man whose name is Branch” let’s hear that again “Behold, a man whose name is Branch” Elwood is literally the Branch. Furthermore Isaiah 4:2 “In that day the Branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious”

We know “El” means GOD

Wood” is the natural state and composition of a Branch.

EL-Wood” means God’s Branch.

So we now see the bigger picture and how the key has unlocked scripture and given us this beautiful knowledge.

“bask in this knowledge knowing you know more than the worlds fair share of Priests, religious teachers and leaders”

Thank you for your time.

God bless you.
